The Tech Interactive is a family-friendly interactive science and technology center that inspires the innovator in everyone. Working directly and through others, The Tech helps build a civil society that enables everyone, especially low-income young people, to succeed in a world driven by technology. The Tech for Global Good is a year-round program designed to inspire a new generation of global problem-solvers. Learning to think like a social innovator encourages young people to consider the ethical and empathic aspects of making things. This initiative includes an exhibit (visited by 130,000 students each year!) featuring design challenges from various organizations and social entrepreneurs that provide high-impact experiencse for students, hands-on labs, youth leadership, professional development, and more.
